Linkedin Restriction

I currently struggle a lot. I have made linkedin profiles with phone verification. I have bought proxies i used 1 on each account. I also use Chrome portable so i can run many accounts at the same time.. I still get restricted where they ask for ID verification after couple of days.. what am i doing wrong?
