You got caught violating the Terms of Service.
Create a real account and properly verify it. That is how you avoid this "in the first place".
Worst case, reach out to support and explain why you need a fake account. They are people too, with good enough reason, they may be understanding.

100,000s affiliate webmasters (myself included) every day create websites using fake personas, most of them also create linkedin profiles for their personas to increase their perceived authority.
How do you do it without getting banned from linkedin? I created one linkedin profile yesterday and now I am being asked for ID verification.

I think just don't open a fake id on first place.
