When you create a fake linkedin account for your fake personas, and linkedin blocks it and asks for an ID? what do you do? or how do you avoid this issue in first place?

You got caught violating the Terms of Service.

Create a real account and properly verify it. That is how you avoid this "in the first place".

Worst case, reach out to support and explain why you need a fake account. They are people too, with good enough reason, they may be understanding.

How do you do it without getting banned from linkedin? I created one linkedin profile yesterday and now I am being asked for ID verification.
