I have been using linkedin for a long time but never did marketing on it. In your experience does it deliver good result?

If you are looking for paid marketing. LinkedIn is bit expensive for marketing than Facebook and Instagram.

better than any other place, but you have to spend money for getting premium features

It depends on what exactly are you trying to advertise. Linkedin is good for B2B marketing or promoting your business, compared to FB and IG.

Linkedin is expensive because of the quality audience they have on their network. Totally depends on the target niche for your product or concern and it does yield good ROI

yes of course LinkedIn Is very good for B2B & B2C business traffic.

Linkedin is a wonderful platform for businesses bcz it has many business owners, buyers, sellers etc.

Linkedin .... are like a sward sometimes good ... sometimes very bad ( a lot of indian and fakes profile came to offers ) in my opinion waist of time.

Linkedin is excellent platform for marketing and I got best result for my clients. You can try their 1 month free trail.

Linkedin as a good place for marketing - especially for sales purpose. If you can sale something and if you are good at it then Linkedin is good for you. People there got money so leads can deliver good ROI. :)

It depends on your Customer lifetime value (I'm assuming you're talking about paid media)

If you're marketing a toothbrush, then no, Linkedin is not the right place for you. You probably will take a long time to see return on your ad spend, if any at all.

If you're marketing products above $8k-10k, then yes Linkedin is a good place. These price ranges are usually enterprise products or services (B2B).

Many companies/individuals have seen success with Linkedin in terms of getting quality leads (decision-makers / professionals). Consider the mindset of Linkedin user vs a Facebook user. People go to Facebook to waste time and troll around. People on Linkedin want to get shit done, improve themselves, get a job and learn from others.

So the quality of conversations you get on Linkedin is higher.

Ask yourself these questions:
- Is my customer lifetime value above $8k?
- Am I targeting professionals?
- Do i have at least $5k / month ad budget? If you spend too low, you won't have any data to move the needle. Yes, Linkedin is expensive because the audience is premium.

FYI: The average Linkedin user has an annual income of 80k USD. These people are affluent and have cash to spare.
