Linkassistant's Ranktracker and other alternatives

I have to track ~20.000 kws every month. I use Linksassitan's Ranktracker, but it's been a nightmare the las couple of months. Direct connections? Don't even think about it. Public proxies? Neither. Private proxies... I've tried Instant proxies and they died immediately (10 proxies for 1.000 kws), like they already were "at the bench" in the eyer of google, didn't tolerated more than a couple requests. I have been a LA's RT user for over 8 years, but currently I'm very frustrated with it (I have captchas enabled and have tried every possible setup).

Positionly and other similar SaaS are awesome, but too expensive for the amount of keywords I need to track.
