OK, so I'm sure we've all seen this diagram:
I understand how this works, I'm just wondering how many web 2.0 ACCOUNTS do you need to do this properly? Do I have to rebuild all the accounts and wheels if I want to promote different products?
Let's say I'm promoting something like "Cure Toenail Fungus". I create an account on Weebly called "Toenails". I write an article about toenail fungus and put two links in the content, one to my money site and another to my hubpages site also called "Toenails". Fine - I continue building the wheel.
But now I want to promote "cure genital warts". I already have these accounts set up on all this web 2.0 properties. Can't I just post ANOTHER article about genital warts on the Toenail web 2.0 accounts and do the same linking?
Am I just diluting the link juice if I promote many different things from the same web 2.0 account? How much link juice am I generating if I keep building site from scratch? They all start out at PR0, right? I thought 0 + 0 = 0. If I'm linking all these PR0 sites together, where's the "juice" coming from?
Or is the reality ANY newly created webpage has a tiny amount of PR - like PR.01? Has anyone gotten to the bottom of this?
