I have a wordpress blow that auto generates the xml sitemap which is all cool.

I have read that it is a good idea to set up a link on your home page that links to the sitemap location as well, any use to this and if so
    1. should i no follow it
    2. Should i just put it on home page or have it flow through the rest of the site

    cheers

I never use xml sitemap (useless, waste of time and might hide a bad internal linkstructure!).

It's however a good idea to make a html sitemap, and give it some linkjuice.

Just add a link to it in the footer template.

List all the pages from your site on one page and link to them from there, then link to your sitemap from your main page.
