Link shorteners better then Adfly?

Does anyone know any genuine link shorteners with rates better then adflys? I'm making about $50 a month off around 80k youtube views a month, but they are only counting a quarter of that in the stats :/ they say I get about 20-25k a month but I know it's around 80k.
I was using one called tmearn for a while but they started paying me slower and slower (they also shaved alot of views, I think they said I was getting around 10k views a month. so cut it off with them, tried out shortest for a bit but never got to see the cpm, because after downloading and using their bitcoin miner program that they advertised all over their shortener, and after it maxing out my cpu and gpu everytime i close task manager, fuck that.
Please if anyone can recommend a solid url shortener, i've actually been looking for a rather repetative link shortener, like one that you need to click skip ad a couple times for or something else, as youtube has been taking down adfly and direct links to my website.

****** is also paying me for PopUp ads which is nice, around double the revenue, I know a lot of link shortener use PopUnder/Subscription notifications but don't actually pay their users with it :/
