It's A Uk Site Selling Sex Toys And Stuff I Don't Want To Describe, And We Sell Tarps. I Have Over 120 Links On My Webmaster Tools From Him

It most likely won't negatively effect your site. If it's an issue of ethics, you could email the webmaster of the site and ask him to remove the links to your site. Do a WHOIS on the domain if you can't find contact info on the site itself.
