link juice from higg Page rank website

Friends,
I was wondering if a site has a backlink from a website with high pagerank. What would be the link juice passed from that high PR website ? How would google rank the website and with what page rank ? Is there any thing in SEO like if you get backlink from PR 10 website your website will get PR 6 ... ?

No its not like you will get PR6, it will pass some link juice which moves you further atleast to PR2 or 3 depending upon your links.

It depends on how many other links are on the page, if the link is nofollow or not, and where on the page the link is.

If you get the link from PR10 most likely chances you will get a high PR but that links need to be in do-follow .
