What are some new ways to build links?

I've heard of:
PBN
Blog Articles
Guest Posts
Comments
Forum Links
Tumblr Links
SAPE Links
Social Profile Links

Now I'm not certain which of these link building methods still work today other than Blog Articles and Guest Posts. Any recommendations?

Guest Posts + PBN have the much more higher effectivity than all the rest together.

Yeah PBN links are great,

also inforgraphics are underestimated, and such fun to create too.
