a simple one 
you could probably just get GSA and set it to post to PR1+ links only and you will get to page 1 in no time.
focuss your link building around high quality content sites like , web 2.0, PDF, wiki, article diresctory, press release, and then build to them and make them strong

It's really easy if you have your own private networks, use paid services like newswire for press release, video marketing as well as building link pyramid and link wheel on high pr wikis, web 2.0, blogs, social network profiles, article directories.
Oh, before i forget, guest blog and blog comment on high pr low OBL blogs are something to look at too.

I can suggest also using magic submitter that what I used before in creating many profiles, link building and etc. its a multi tasking software.
