It's really easy if you have your own private networks, use paid services like newswire for press release, video marketing as well as building link pyramid and link wheel on high pr wikis, web 2.0, blogs, social network profiles, article directories.

Oh, before i forget, guest blog and blog comment on high pr low OBL blogs are something to look at too.
