Build 3-5 quality links per day. Instead of focusing on numbers, try to get relevant and quality links. Diversify your link profile with various relevant platforms to gain trust and appear natural on Google. On the other hand, you can do some social media activities that help increase visibility and referral traffic to your pages.

I get around 399 per day , it all about how much you index then fast

It's not just about the number of links, it's important when they get indexed. You can buy 1000 links and only 20-30 will be indexed in the first month. Therefore, it depends on the quality of the links - if they are slowly indexed and the site is more than a year old, then I think you can safely buy 50-100 links. Depending on the topic, it is often better to buy 5-10 strong links.

thts 30 link per month. How google will know if i made 1 link per day or on 30th day made 30 links all at once?
 
If it's new site, Start building 10 links per day and gradually increase the count. If not, Build 50 to 100 links per day. And also drip feed links look natural.
