Link building how many link per day is safe?

Social signals are always welcomed. Regarding the number of links per month, I don't think there is any exact number with science.

The traffic and number of natural backlinks a website receives determine its ranking. It's difficult to provide an exact figure. If you want a long-lasting SEO strategy, I recommend gradually acquiring backlinks.
if we take 200 backlinks for diversification would it be fine and then go for guest post and pbn for exact keywords?

okay but you focus 3 keywords per high traffic. So dont we need diversification like profile, web2.0 and other low quality links to make 3 keywords under 2% for anchor text density?

When it start ranking for 14keywords, did you build any links prior?
No I didnt to that page. It automatically start getting keywords but after 8 months before this it was zero keyword

Ok that says a lot. Why not try and look for more cheap keywords;
for example keywords that have
1. less DR down yours on serp
2 forum/UCG on 1st page such as Quora or reddits
Look for these type of weaknesses on Serp, then look for sub topic for that keywords to establish topical relevancy.
Let's say for example you are writing about “How to generate email leads” your post should cover tools, delivering rate, cleaning email list, and much more.
Then if you can rank the cheap keywords, the other keywords from sub topics will give you traffic as well from Search engine because you cover viaraty of search intent in 1post.
What you are also doing is that, you are making it cheaper for Google to index & understand your page context.
Apply the last part to your previous content for them to pick more keywords.(I will say start with this)

There is no fixed number for the amount of links that you should try and get (through whatever methods) each month, as it will vary based on competition. A good place to start looking for this data is to check what backlinks the top ranking sites for your keyword have, with multiple backlink checkers if you have access to them. This will at least give you a figure you can aim for.
What is more important though is that your backlink growth is consistent. To suddenly get hundreds of links to a page one month and then zero for the next 3 is not a positive signal. This does not mean you need to build the exact same number of links every month, but there should be at least some gains. Think of it as watering your plants.
Social signals do provide some external validation but are much better if they're in a clickthrough form that Google can track.

I usually recommend to drip feed the links and send around 3 to 5 links per day. Also, focus on high quality links like guest posts, niche edits and relevant PBN links. Use more long tail keywords, generic & naked anchors to diversify your anchor texts.

Try to drip-feed the foundational backlinks then slowly build 4-5 high-quality guest posts for your website.
after giving 1-2 month. 4-5 quality guest posts on specific page will be good? also with guest post will ir be fine to use exaxt anchor text?

Yes, It will be good. But also build links for your homepage. Because if that's strong then your inner page will get the link juice too.
It's Fine. But keep diversifying your anchor text so it looks all-natural.

Why are you waiting for so long? Even after 8 months you are limiting yourself. I have a new site that has almost 59 keywords with no backlinks. You need to trial and error and not feel like you are doing something wrong. Build links to your main domain and all sub domain links will follow accordingly. Also if content is not great or plagiarized, it will not rank well.
