Ok so I am working on my first site and it's going well some income but not covering costs yet.
Need advice about link building.

How to you get quality links?

My niche is health food products. Any Ideas as my seo is pretty bad as of now.

Any advice is welcome.
Thanks.

Quality over quantity, niche related and get some diversity. Check out THIS article.

You can buy links here on BHW. All depends on your KW difficulty.

EDIT: Guy above me posted in the same time. :)

Try to focus on quality rather than quantity. Ideally related to your niche. So look for authority sites within your niche, that perhaps allow guest posting, and write a good quality article.

web 2.0 = some good services in BHW marketplace
Citation Service
High Profile Links
HIGH TF comments = some good services in BHW marketplace
3 - 5 Guest post per month.

Do not use main keyword in anchor and you are golden.

and most importantly keep updating your website on atleast weekly basis

Guest posting is one way to build quality backlinks to your site. Write good unique content and outreach sites related to your niche that accepting guest posts. Post your content and get links from it.

I said this on another thread and I will say it again. The best way to build links is reverse engineering. Find your competitors, or any other website that ranks well for decent keywords, google their url (like this: "http://competitorurl.com" and you will find out where they have added their links (for free). Select the good ones and add your link there too. You can use the Tools/Past Week or Past Month option on google to select the most recent ones. Guest posting is risky, especially if you buy the service, as you can encounter PBN's that you will harm your rankings instead of helping you to rank better. Hope this helps, cheers!
