Link building between PBNs

I do not link between T1 websites for safety reasons. However, I would like to create a strong network of T2 links. I'm thinking about linking them between each other.

Is it safe strategy? Any suggestions?

That is hinting that T1s are connected too. I would advise against this.

LOL,

I have 180+ T1 sites linking between each other.

Just dont add link to the homepage, instead make "fake" guest post on your website about the other.

To be clear. You link not from the home page (e.g. from an article), but you can link TO the home page of another PBN?
