Hi,

Obviously link building is massively important to SEO campaigns.

How many links should I build a week? Is there a limit to should stick to before Google thinks I'm spamming it?

Currently I build about 5 a week to 2-3 different pages including the homepage and internal.

Look forward to your input :)

You can build as many as you can. but the thing is, it should be good quality links.

Building links in the relevant niche and content will improve ranking.

You can build as many as if the link are quality links with quality content

Go after quality rather than volume... I have ranked a website with just 15 high quality links in a medium level competition niche.

Depends on how strong and good your backlinks quality. The better the links, the less you build them.

No standard limits to build links, but ensure about the quality.

As all above advises, Quality is number one. So best method is contact webmasters in your niche. Its not easy. For me, I use twitter and when some one follow me, i visit his account and check whether he has website or not. If he has website I visit and check its quality . i mean niche relevant, TF,PR, DA and etc. Then i send message via twitter with link request. Its not just asking link, I provide 500-700 word good content/post for his blog with anchor text similar to extract keywords that i need to rank. (I do this after confirm that he likes to put my post on his blog.)

In my experience, Most of guys need to build links with others. So they agree to publish my post on their blog. I use iwriter website to write that articles. $3 for 500 words.

Sorry for my bad English.

Quality of content is more important than quantity of posts. Depends on your niche and competitor you can build the links.

Could you create stories to make links, the problem is that you would recommend that were links of good quality, so you increase the ranking

Of course, you can build 5 - 10 links a week only if they are good in quality. On the other hand don't forget to diversify your link profile.

I think, there is no limit but it based on the quality of your backlinks.
The backlinks should be related to your niche, irrelevant links maker your site getting the penalty.

You don't have to buy links because the link profiles are just too easily flagged and the same. Look at the kind of links you can't get and the least popular route, for example, if you can get reddit/imgur upvotes in a post with the title reflecting your niche and a link in there with a crap ton of comments relating to your niche then that's basically all you need depending on how well you choose your niche/keywords. If you get a university to blog about you, and they got a crap ton of shares and links pointing to their academia domain, and you get link-juiced, then you are set.
