99.9% I am sure they are "Sirs" of which are full Fiverr and Seoclerk.

You need:
- Proper on-page SEO.
- Quality & (in my opinion) lengthy content.
- Foundational & strong tier 1 backlinks. Lower tiers should be strong as well, but can be less as they're just used to reinforce foundational links.
- A healthy social media following & campaign.
- Ad campaigns are also good.

Welcome. Link building is one of the various strategies for (SEO) website SERP rankings. There are other strategies also involved in SEO.
