Limited Paypal Account

My Paypal got temporarily limited after I tried to make a purchase because I didn't have a credit card on file. I don't want to put my real credit card on file because after this I don't plan to ever use Paypal again. I just want my money to be able to use to buy online. Can anyone help?

They are asking for:
ID
Credit Card
Credit Card Address verification

I have money in this account and can pay out of the account if you can open it. I'm open to pricing. I'm a newbie so I can't PM.

Check the Services For Sale section. Last time I had a look there were a few people offering VCCs that can be used with PayPal.

If you don't have any plans of using PayPal again after that transaction, I think there's nothing wrong if you'll be entering your credit card information there. Once you're done with your transaction, you may just choose to stop using that PayPal account or contact PayPal and tell them to close your account if that's possible.
