Limited account paypal. No way out?

Those two account are linked and you're pretty much screwed. Just be glad that it was paypal so you will get your money in 180 days and not amazon where by now they would have confiscated your funds.

About the issue - no other way except to wait the 180 days and then to withdraw. Both accs are linked, no way to provide SSN because you've created an US PP acc. No way they to unlimit them because there is already linked the "suspecious activity" thing.

One more thing is that you're legally able to a Personal PP acc and a Business PP acc into the same IP/name/address/etc., no more. Not two Business accs, not two Personal accs.

Next time when you do such things, buy a VPS, learn the "St3alth" and don't buy any "documents" that you can create by yourself being "creative".

When your limitation ask for ssn and you can't provide it noway to get around it. I was asked once on my legit paypal to provide my ssn just to purchase, crazy! I provided it and kept using it till this day. Just wait 180 days and then withdraw. Very rare cases calling different times and too different paypal reps (depends who you get at paypal customer service) will they remove ssn and just have you send the rest, but first you need to be logically and ask yourself if you think you can get passed what you think to get limited, if things are linked then think again. Suspicious behavor, linked banned accounts, illegal activity, money laundering, nomatter how many documents who you send you are toast if your in that boat. They just want you to send the docs so they can put all your information in their handy blacklist forever. Don't be stupid and keep going foward in life.
