Lifting Paypal limits as a NON stealth

So here's the deal. I have almost got to the limit of 2500€ on my Paypal account. They are now asking me documents to proof that my account is real.

What i'm asking is, why do paypal require the information? I mean i haven't paid any taxes yet so should i still provide my documents to Paypal or am i screwed if i do that then?

You have the answer on PayPal (a notice appears when you are at 1800€). It's because of anti-laundering laws.

You should reach out to paypal and ask them directly

Yeah, but if i do submit these documents, will paypal be in touch with my bank and my home country's tax office and will i be in trouble? I think i cannot ask that directly from Paypal...

I mean i'm going to make this legit business, but just not at the moment, because i'm really busy right now.
