I'm really frustrated with doing the same routine work.

Home & work then again home & work.

I really want for some relaxation & Give your suggestion to move on the positive side.

Make some changes if you are bored with life. Do what you want to do, or if you don’t know, do something random.
 
Find a challenge.... and then immerse yourself into it.

Challenge could be; make $10,000 month while working less than 10 hours per month.

Some time I'll try to do something that I liked. But in the normal life. Pushes me again on the same routine.

Life is yours to control. Don't gag yourself with socially accepted boundaries.
 
I'm quite bored myself and plan to take a vacation before I start suffering from burnout!

Definitely take a vacation for a week or two. Clear your head. Don't bring any work with you unless you absolutely have to in order to check up on things. Find a balance in life between things you like to do/work and stick to it. You can only go so far by working and sleeping all the time.

As others have said, you need a hobby. Also, try socializing. Judging by your post, it does seem like you don't have too many "real" friends. Try making some if you don't have. Go out with them in the weekends. You will feel a lot better hopefully.
