annel, here we mods are try to help our fellow members. After all we also started here has newbie. Its not like ignoring your messages, other hand mods have lots of work to moderate posts and make this forum safe to our members.

no admins, no moderators ever responded to my messages, however it's their direct responsibilities, especially if there are the rules we have to follow

honestly, it's first time in my life I have this kind of problem. I've been in so many places and much bigger forums over decades and never experienced so much disrespect from forum staff.

Any thought on that?

i experience the delay in response. i cant deny that.
but on the other hand, forum mods are not making money out of the forums like how other big forums with ads all around the place do. the forum mods are also internet marketers like us and they have their own projects big launch and marketing to do for a living so i will never complain but definitely it wld be better if they cld accept service threads and etc alittle faster.
