Let's make BHW better..

Personally, i really like this forum.
It is one of the best places to get valuable info.

However, all that is slowly changing.

so many new threads are created with misleading titles.
- we internet marketeers are short of time and this kinda threads waste our time.

comparing xrumer to senuke.
- i have seen the same thread again & again popping up with different titles.
just do a search before posting a new thread. and don't compare 2 tools which are doing entirely different thgs. SEO is about link diversity and in BHW we are mainly and SHOULD be discussing about that. i like seeing more ways to use this tools. instead of comparing results.

Faking earnings.
i hate to say this. but, alot of members are just faking earnings just to get that extra POWER/STATUS in the forum. your fake earnings can KILL the motivation of other members who even struggling to make 1k/month.
be reasonable and true. there is nothg wrong being true about how much you make.

Following a method exactly
a lot of great members, USED to share their methods in BHW.
slowly, it is stopping.
we have only ourself to blame.
once a money making method is posted, WITHOUT any knowledge on the niche, method and etc. so many of "IM" jump into the EXACT same method and spoil it for everyone. just change the method slightly. Think of twists which can give you an edge.

BHW is not all about reps.
i don't know if this rep thg is a good one or not.

-8 and the negative reps i have received are for extremely strange reasons.
but, i really don't care about it.
i know how good/bad i am.
i know how badly/madly m making money online.
that being said, alot of reputable members are slowly bashing new members who are just entering the IM field.
alot of time i have seen quite bad remarks which has the potential to hurt the feelings of the new comers.
they are new to this field and i am sure you were not born as an "IM" guru either. give them the chance to learn. this forum is all about that.
and not all neg rep members are bad.
eva since, i got neg reps i can see that alot of people have refrained from replying my pm. that's fine.

honestly, i didn't know that only JrVIP can -rep.
it is not really abt reps.
but mutual understanding and creating a better community among bhw members. every post i see that someone will have an ego problem. and they will dispute like small kids. makes me wonder why they can't go and create a backlink for themselves in the mean time instead of bashing a poor fella.

I agree with your points about people needing to search a little before jumping right in to ask questions. There's a lot of threads started just to ask the same questions that have been answered many times before.

The point about people following methods exactly is also a very good point. I made a similar thread a couple months ago discussing what people consider Fluff vs Step by Step methods. Most of the time the so called 'fluff' gives enough information for people to figure out what to do without giving them enough info to ruin the methods. Too many people will just follow a step by step method exactly without any variation at all. Because of that thre are a lot less people willing to share now.

I looked at your previous posts too and it seems like you try to help out when you can. I think this thread is a good topic too, so I just gave you some +rep as well.

100% agree with you and I want to add is don't post fake things here. It won't help you at long go. It also create so much confusions. BHW is a kind enough place to take all the noobs and not a wicked place like fking WickFire.

i don't mind you guys adding the little things that you don't like about BHW.
let the community know what we like/dislike and make it the best possible out there.
try to color that probs in 'Bold Blue' so that it will be easier for someone who just scans through the thread.

There have been a lot of posts with misleading titles to attract more attention and Yes there are some ppl who give -ve reps for almost no reason BUT on the other hand ..

there are many guys who share great methods, their own tools and experiences that makes it worth. I would say that it's a really amazing place to hang out, learn and share stuff about IM.

I've found some good friends here, some amazing services being offered and then some guys with a Vision whom I'm working (JV'ing) with.

Every good community will have a few problems, but with admins and mods like these, I'm sure BHW will continue to improve and prosper!

i didn't list the good thgs because the list will go on and on.
sometimes, it really surprises me when someone take so much effort to give back something to the community. it is really a class act.

Spirit of Cooperation, instead of flaming each other.

Sure . . . we have our rules and regulations on BHW, but ultimately,
it is the members who make a forum what it is.

Wiz, i was about to mention you when howard_hughes & myself where talking about great members. some of you guys are really quite unbelievable with regards to the amount of time & effort taken to share good stuff with BHW.

another thing,
Stop asking for tips on making money.
Don't expect anyone to help you individually.
alot of good members have posted methods, get inspiration from the threads.

Now I have all of my stuff up and running. I am ofcourse always working on new ideas that pop into my head, but I have some things running on auto pilot, where I am not worried about making ends meet. I owe a lot to this forum. Not for methods, but for the downloads and other helpful tips. If I ever had a question about SEO this is the first place I would look, second of course was Google, but 9 times out of 10 I found what I needed right here.

What I am getting at is, I believe that if you search for your answer, you can find it. The search function is a little bit of a pain, but if you work with it, it will work for you.

yah i totally agree. hate people who flame and show their power. hopefully new members read this thread and not post unnecessary threads and make bhw way better.

if that is the case, the whole BHW should be removed. BHW is about getting new IM'ers and making them better. if we can't help, i am fine. but if we discourage, then thats bad.

I mean, really? So you want MORE competition, and you want to help them compete with you?

From my perspective, its only BAD if your someone who is new to the game. If your a vet, then this is a GOOD THING!!!

Most cats would not say that, but there is some truth in this:

The reason why people don't share methods anymore is simple: as BHW grew in size and number of members, so did the number of people entering the IM biz.

More people=more competition
More competition=more saturation (since most newbs are NOT thinking creatively when they first get into the game)
More saturation=less dough from a particular method
less dough=more posts on bhw asking for ways to make money
etc. etc.

Trust me, if you had even giving a CLUE to what your method is, I can promise you that more then a few would figure it out and you would have more competition than you'd thought you'd have in no time, esp. if the method (or clue) is somewhat profitable. Don't underestimate peoples intelligence.

Most guy's (if they are smart, which I assume they are) who share things here share them when they are no longer depended on those methods for a profit, or when it does not effect them directly. Whether or not someone else is doing it, well, its not their problem right?

Most people, whether you want to accept this or not, are in this game for very selfish reasons. And the reason why is because being selfish WORKS!!

Therefore, being generous for the sake of being generous, for the sake of "helping thousands of unknown strangers on the internet compete and flood the market your making money in" is, I'm sorry to say, STUPID!!!

Unless your trying to build certain relationships and trust on a certain forum, which may help you make money in the future if your trying to sell a product and need the social value, sharing what is making you money is NOT A SMART THING TO DO!!

Thats not the full reason, but its part of the reason why your seeing less and less methods posted. Fact is, to many eyeballs makes it hard to compete.

Because a method is most effective and profitable when it is unknown.

A market is more effective and profitable when it is tough to get into, or when its propertys or price point to sell in that market is high.

But other than that, Everything else you wrote in your first post, I agree with you on. Everything except for that.

I say, be appreciative of this place, for sure. Its a big help. But don't be stupid and blind to the facts either, otherwise you will unintentionally hurt your chances before you've even begun.

i am not saying it is a crime not to share your method.
in fact, it makes me so surprised why one would throw away his method to thousands. that's why i said great/generous members.

the thg that i din like was, more and more people just copy the method instead of being creative. thats what many don't like about the whole method sharing method.

like for me, i have my own method. - to sell products and i am doing well.
but i still look into the money making threads not to learn the exact method but to get inspiration. like the way they drove traffic, what made them rank no.1 and etc.

I love this forum too, but lately I have really bad experience with forum staff. No, actually I have not bad, but zero experience. I feel like I'm in a black list and they all simply ignoring me...
anybody noticed the same?
no admins, no moderators ever responded to my messages, however it's their direct responsibilities, especially if there are the rules we have to follow

honestly, it's first time in my life I have this kind of problem. I've been in so many places and much bigger forums over decades and never experienced so much disrespect from forum staff.

Any thought on that?
