Hi. I'm about to start my first IM journey. I have already decided the niche (health related), bought the domain and will be getting the hosting soon. I plan to write the articles myself as I'm a freelance article writer. So you might be wondering why do I need someone to JV with me? Well, I lose focus and motivation too quickly. And my girlfriend used to keep me on track but we broke up due to some stuffs I did (yes, I'm not a good guy ).
So I need someone who can write articles as well, knows his/her ways around WordPress, wants to learn and grow together, and most importantly I am in need of someone who is not an unrepentant slacker like me. If you are a guy (or girl) who is just starting out in the field of internet marketing, have high hopes and a zeal to earn lots of money, then please contact me - we will work together. The profits made from the website will be shared evenly after I earn back the initial investment.
The ideal partner should:

• Have a good grasp of English and a flair for writing engaging articles.
• Know their ways around Wordpress.
• Be willing to learn, apply learned methods, teach me and be taught by me, and grow together.
• NOT BE A PROCRASTINATOR AND SHOULD MOTIVATE ME TO KEEP ON WORKING.
• Be willing to work in the health niche.
• Be willing to criticize my decisions. I don't want someone who always agrees with me. Be vocal, be hard to please, frustrate me, challenge my ideas and thoughts. But you should be open to criticism as well.
• Be able to brainstorm and come up with new ideas. You should have entrepreneur mentality.
• Be able to invest in the venture. The investments will also be divided evenly just like profits earned.
• Be a good communicator. You should always remember that the business is both yours and mine as we have an equal share of it. So all the changes should be discussed prior to implementation.
• (Optional) Be organized. Although I suffer from chronic procrastination syndrome, I'm an organized guy. I love to keep track of my earnings, my expenses, my ideas etc.
