I have had the same website for about 5 years, it has about 90 posts on it and i have finally decided to spend some cash on an SEO service. When i read all of the different sellers in the market place there seems to be a ton of amazing people doing amazing jobs, but how do i know which one to pick.

I am looking to take about 20 keywords that have a combined monthly search of maybe 400-500k searches and focus on these. I am happy with a monthly payment as long as i see results. I am not expecting any overnight miracles!!

Personal experience from using the different services on here would be greatly appreciated as i am ready to go.

Go through this whole thread and you'll find people tagging real gems of this marketplace.

Find a guest post outreach & work on guest posts until you start seeing noticeable results. Focus on PBNs alongside if you have to.

I don't know your level of SEO expertise, but if it's not high you should invest some time into it. It will help you find the best services and not spend $$$ on ****

Thanks, its not my area of expertise at all.

I second the comments above - in the thread linked above you can learn for yourself about the dangers of being blinded by postcount and not understanding what you actually need / will get from most services.

Unfortunately there are a lot of shitty services on here that look like a diamond, but are just that shit. There are also a lot of people that don’t understand what those services are actually intended for.

Study up first, there are some amazing guides on here and a lot of amazing information. If you need help - just pm and ask people, you will get help.

As for niche edits and etc. Be careful there’s a lot of services on here promising “real guest posts” in a pack of 10 for $100. Generally those are just low quality PBNs.

Here are prices for real guest posts: $300USD+ for 1 post on a decent site. They’re real sites, you will get traffic from those links. Check out T0mmy for example.

For something like niche edits, I have heard a lot of good things about the services from WebMinati and MisterF. Prices are also in the $XYZ.00+ range for these.

Generally, don’t use PBNs - unlike most people here seem to think, they’re not a “miraclegro” solution. Use them to get from #5 to #1. They are just that - a stimpack. But in most cases you won’t even need them if you do everything else right.

When you’re doing linkbuilding, given that your onpage is great- start by warming up to the big G, build a rapport first. (Social signals, some high DA profiles, some content sharing / repurpose). Then go for some diversity and niche relevant stuff. Citations almost never hurt if you’re looking to have your site stick around long term. Then go in for the big boy power. Treat it like a high horsepower engine - be gradual, ramp up with time.
