I have been selling some phones on letgo and at least 80% of my messages are from scammers asking if I can ship it if they send me money through paypal. I am pretty sure they will try to file a chargeback once I send it. I am curious about them. Do they keep creating new paypal accounts? Or do they keep disputing through credit cards? If so, do they ever get caught?

Any ideas on how to make them pay for their treachery? :)

just avoid paypal, they always take buyers side.

Don't mess with these guys they're all Nigerian scammers with no life. But yea don't worry I will be sending the Western Union from my bank in Somalia. Will also send $200 extra to cover packing and shipping :D:D:D

They can't be from Nigeria because they want me to ship it to some place in West Virginia.

Yeah, right, the guys from nigeria don't want free phones, they are the experts for advance-fee fraud.

If you have the proof of delivery, will they still be able to dispute ?

Only way to make them pay for their crime is waste their time.
