I'd say read and gather as much information as you can from BHW. There is literally a million ways of freelancing. Research and listen to advice given to you from experienced members of the forum. I'm sure you'll find something or at least get a better idea of what you'd really want to do as a freelancer/ find something more profitable. Good luck!

Courses can be helpful no doubt, but there is tons of information available on the internet. If you only have a couple hundred dollars to spend, I'd suggest just pirating the software. Pay for the license later when you've made some money. Save money for things like domains, hosting, proxies, etc. These are essentially resources you will need to continually invest in, depending on what you decide to do of course so not ALWAYS true.
