Lesson learned alexhost not fully dmca ignored

Ok, sorry for my bad english not my native language. I have an adult page (tubesite) hosted in alexhost, a tubesite where users can upload and share their videos files in our server. Yesterday, our website suddenly got suspended without a single notification in our webpage or from Alexhost. This day I contacted Alexhost about our server being suspended they said it was because of CP abuse. We say that there is no notification sent to us that there is such an abuse on our server. In case, we are properly notified we will delete the post immediately. We will not gain anything if we host CP videos on our server and we are not dumb enough to host CP videos in our money site, if we are notified properly, we will immediately delete the post immediately.

Sometimes, there are incidents that some competitors or some crack head where CP clip is inserted in the middle or end part of videos that cannot be noticed immediately. This crack head will report your page and make your page go suspended. I hope Alexhost will give their client some consideration about this issue, server get suspended without proper notification and without a chance to migrate or backup your server is very bad. There was no url of the post that was shown to us so that we could also investigate and have a chance to delete it. The sad part is one day suddenly you wake up and your server can't be accessed, and you don't know if they just got deleted by accident and just said that there is a CP abuse on our server.

Lesson learned and I just want to share this with those who are looking for DMCA ignored hosting provider to look carefully at their hosting provider reviews. Oneprovider gives you the chance to access your server thru ssh so the said file may be deleted by you or you migrate your files to another hosting. But in alexhost your files will be doomed, suddenly cannot be access and restored when you got suspended. So be careful in choosing your DMCA ignored server some hosting server don't have a consideration.

Anyone has recommend host for recommendations for future purpose?

Good for them....if you want a true DMCA ignored host, host your shitube on your own server and cloak it and claim any legal responsibility for the illegal shit you do.

Like I said we don't tolerate CP videos in our server if we were properly notified, we are willingly to delete the post immediately. The problem is no proper notification or consideration for the clients. If you have a server and your file get deleted instantly without proper process then go ahead host your own shit in your own shit server.
