What are the less saturated niche in big niches (like tech, fashion, money, job, finance, life, how to etc..)?
I want to create a authority site with paid content and I don't want to go for saturated ones. Hope you get the idea.
    Any suggestions are welcome! :)

I'm also searching for a less saturated niche, but I'm thinking about doing video games.

Pretty much everything is saturated nowadays. Try to ask around or to think about what lacks from the internet. What business would work. Or pick an already saturated domain and do the things better, add something new to the table. Good luck!

Search and find the right channels to drive traffic first. It doesn't matter if a niche is saturated or not as long as you knom how to drive traffic to your site.

I think if anyone has an unsaturated niche that they are banking in, then this forum is one of the last places they are going to reveal it.

I have been told the broken condom niche is not too saturated.

Another way to get on the inside track on potentially lucrative niche domain names or site concepts is to pay attention to forums that focus on high value niches like finance or law. Track the chatter on such specialized forums and look out for new terms that come up. If such terms keep coming up, do some follow up investigation as mentioned below.

Once you have a list of potential new niche terms, use Google Adword's media planner to find the level of attention the terms are getting. If they already get some traffic, dig into their traffic patterns. Do you see it rising. Quickly do a domain search to see if the domains for the terms aren't already taken. If they are, you're too late in the game. Find other terms.

If you don't find too many sites, that's a good sign. Reserve the domain.

Google adwords would help us to know about the less structured niche but today in this era of competition it is hard to find a less structured niche.. however good luck for that

If I were you, I would have thought about monetization and traffic part to start with.

I think if you start thinking about money before the niche you are already lost

What you're looking for is called a sub-niche. These sub-niches are often much less saturated than their illustrious counterparts, although they may require a bit of research on your part. You could always start with thinking of a popular niche and then considering what types of specific people that niche appeals to that you could create a website for.

    For example:
    • You could create a regular old dating niche website and compete with larger dating websites, or you could create a dating niche website for people who own horses.
    • You could create a fashion for amputees website rather than just a general fashion website
    • You could create a tech for blind people (yes, blind people can use the Internet too with JAWS screen reader) rather than a general tech site.
    • You could even create a finance website for chinchilla owners!

The point is that you need to get very specific about your target audience. Of course, you would also need to find out whether or not these sub-niches have any real consumer interest, otherwise you would be wasting your time.

People miss out on low hanging fruit all of the time. You can easily find keywords
with less search volume in competitive niches to rank for.

Don't neglect those small search terms. For an authority site I would recommend
picking up plenty of keywords. It's not unusual for large sites to have hundreds if
    not thousands of keywords.

PS: I noticed Aty shared that guide and it will help you find niches within niches for sure.
