Ahem.

Nice to meet you all. Wish me good luck and fortune. Truth be told, I am 10 years late. I got occupied in stuff I can't really tell, and now hands are on deck as I finally decided to put my misery to an end. I have been a marketing professional all my life.

It's just another IT outsourcing agency and will also intake on marketing tasks (as a marketing agency in a subsidiary). High ticket, good profit margin.

Any tips, recommendations, experience - these are something I will be craving for from you guys in this current phase of my life :)

How has your journey been? Are you planning to do it? Is this something you've been thinking about too?

welcome aboard! It’s never too late to start — your marketing background will definitely give you an edge. IT + marketing is a strong combo, especially for high-ticket clients. My tip: focus on building a solid team and niche positioning early. Wishing you tons of luck and success on this new journey!

oh man, wish you all the best, but it is better to start your business first, get it to profit and only then leave your job. I lost so much because of leaving paid job before starting new project

What a cool username. Welcome onboard. Looking forward to learning from you.

Welcome to BHW and good luck with your new journey! Starting an IT outsourcing and marketing agency can be very rewarding if you focus on quality service and building strong client relationships.

Focus on your niche, systematize operations, and master high-ticket sales. Your marketing background is a major advantage. Good luck.

IT outsourcing totally depends on contacts and networking. Very risky profession. If the big boys let's you in you are in. If they decided you are out you will not make a single placement and you will be out and blacklisted.
It's a big private club. And yes they have a blacklist too.
Good luck and be careful.

Congrats on taking the leap, that’s the hardest part. I started mine two years ago — first few months were pure chaos ;)
