LeBJon cheated and scammed me !!

LeBJon promised to pay me 80$ for helping him in c++ . wasnt told that it was a test. He and his cheating friend promised to pay 40$ per hour and it turned out to be a 2 hour test and backs out at last moment using the F word!!

from where does fooling come into the picture??? It wasn't an English test it was a C++ test and I have to solve verify type and confirm my code.

whoa, here I was trying to reply fast, I guess the priority here is to the program than to the language, I was trying to catch up and help them get their solutions on time - the correct ones... if you want I am ready to pass the solutions to you and you could grade them.

I tried contacting both of them Jonathan Nazzal skype id :Lebjon and Ibrahim Hayek skype id: Hayek.ib.
Both have blocked me and though they are online they refuse to talk.

So basically I have done whatever I could but scammers will be scammers cheap character and low self esteem.

Well he has another day and a half to present his side of the story. Please refrain from posting additional pictures (with identifying information) outside of whats required for proof.

well here is how it all went down:

He said first 40$ and 5$ deduction for every letter grade less than an A he gets me.. so i agreed to that (this is after him knowing its 2 hour exam)
during the test he started flaking on me so i had to start googling my own answers thus giving me harder time and sending them to him to ask him if these are right, and after i found one of the answers which was correct (i asked professor about it) he kept saying this is wrong and wouldnt help me finish writing that code and would take on average 3 mins to answer me while i waited (there for making me spend so much time in the test). he didnt write the main program for me, i had to google it and show him if it was right.

and from his original agreement of -$5 for every less letter grade he didnt even want to wait for my grade, i wanted to pay him i really did but i didnt think this deserved $80 for making my life harder.

in one of the answers he sent me it asked for a loop and he completely went off writing a code that just gives exact numbers WHICH IS NOT a loop like it was asked for and i told him this but he kept going on about how its right! see he promised that he can deliver 100% c++ and he obviously did not know much c++ i ended up googling half my answers.

u guys can call me whatever youd like i do wat i wanna do (as far as cheating on exam)

The skype conversation clearly shows you agreeing to pay $40/hr for techblog's services. You also mention the test will require 2 hours of work. By my math the amount due for Techblog's services is $80 as he is requesting. There is no mention of lower payment based on the grade of your test in the proof provided by Techblog. If you can post your logs showing otherwise along with any other proof to back up your claims, please do so. As it stands, you owe Techblog $80 for services rendered (regardless of the quality of his work, you should of checked this well beforehand). You can either pay up or resolve the matter with him personally over Skype/PM. You guys have 48 hours to come to a resolution on this matter.

Ok, I've gone over the entire conversation sent to me by techblog. The two main points that stick out are A. The agreed price, and B. The timestamps between the start and end of his assistance. Which I'll include photo proof as provided by Techblog below:

Based on the rest of the conversation, it appears Techblog performed the service within a reasonable quality. LeBJon and his associate removed Techblog from their Skype contacts after attempts to collect payment, leaving little intention to reimburse Techblog for services rendered. I've contact LeBJon to pay the amount owed to Techblog ($80) for the services performed.

Edit: LebJon has been notified he has 48 hours to make a full payment to Techblog for his services. Unless he can provide proof otherwise to my findings.
