Leasing IPS where?

Hey guys!
So I have been looking through the market and can’t seem to find what I’m looking for
I’m looking to lease multiple /19 and buy 1tb of residential proxy data.
Can’t seem to find any place that lease ips ( preferably on lines with sprint, Verizon, Comcast etc) and residential plans which are fast and under $5 a gb

if you have any suggestions please comment. Or if u are a provider please dm me. ( I am cash ready )

Pick Port type of residential proxies that can be much cheaper,
Like shifter, stormproxies, proxyrack and so on, suggest you read reviews before you buy.

Wouldn't going for monthly subscriptions for unlimited use be more efficient? Paying per gb gets expensive over-time if you aren't doing low-bandwidth activities.
