Hello guys, here's my short sad story, i am learning seo but the problem is i can't impelment my learnings anywhere as i have no site. :( . yes, i can order one but my card is not working, plus i have complainted more than 10 times but my problem is not solving. i have changed 3 banks! in hope that next bank's card might work but NO!! i am fully frustrated with all this :yell::yell::yell:. i don't know what to do. please BHW family, help me or suggest me what to do?/!!:ouch:

why won't 3 different bank cards work? doesn't seem like its the bank's fault at that point.
 
i don''t know why but there's same problem with all the bank cards, i can withdraw money from atm but can't do any online transaction! :(
 
You need VISA for paypal whitdraw, anyway it still will works for payments.. so what kind of problems you have with your banks?

It's simple, walk into the bank and don't leave until they've fixed it.

Are you underaged? I know there's countries where you can't purchase online when you're underaged.
 
no, any of my card is not even adding on paypal too!
 
Just resolve the bank issue. If you've tried 3 banks obviously you're doing something wrong. How are you going to pay for anything online if you don't take care of that problem?
 
Do a few little jobs to earn $10 - $20 in your Paypal, then bam! You have domain/hosting money

Please don't panic and nothing would be solved in the first place. In my opinion, is there some kind of activation for your respective debit/credit cards needed before starting online or some sort of approval being required. In fact, some banks are domestic region which international third parties will not entertain given the risks of frauds and low reputation.

Should nothing worked out, you can create a free paypal account, linked to your bank account (100% success rate) and initiate a few Fiverr Gigs (Black or White Hat is up to you). An alternative is shift to ODesk or Freelancer (Scam or Send is up to you) and price your services at extreme costs or charged 15$-35$ per hour with minimum 3 hours daily.

All these should get you some cash to kick start your website. Always remember, panicking won't solve any issues nor would it do good to you.

OP, you need a card with credit card functionalities, probably that is why you don't get it to work. Just ask for a debit card with cc functionalities
 
You will need Visa,Visa electron or MasterCard to buy online.State that to your bank,also say that you need it to buy online,some banks block online transactions.Make things clear,if nothing works,then make wire transfers to your PayPal and you're fine.

i don't see the problem, you can create free site (blog, blogger, etc...), many platforms will offers you this possibility
and in addition you can work on social networks
if it's just to try seo methods, you can start by this way

Try ICICI AXIS debit card to send money.
But best vay get a credit card on behalf of 20k INR fixed deposit in any bank.

OP, if you don't have a site/domain/hosting you can still implement what you have learnt by using a free host or blogger.com or wordpress.com

Then when you have sorted the bank card issue you can get started properly.

Don't use problems as an excuse for inaction.
 
If I'm not mistaken, you need to call the bank support to activate online transaction. They see this as international transaction and it's not activated by default unless you did that at signup.

The other option is to get a debit card, but must have visa/master. You'll have to do the same thing, plus you need to change the transaction limit at ATM.

Make sure the statement can be seen online rather than on paper, otherwise you need to wait a month before you can verify paypal.
