i'm on job applications platforms and i gathered 1400 resumes for one of my sites.
so i asked chatgpt to write an email for me about... how the writer will win a lot of connections and spreading in social media his/her writing skills and beliefs.
AND chatgpt did a good job writing the best "formula", and convince them to write for free.
here is an example:

Recently, I did a test for 20+ writers (freelancers), with the proposal of paying them if they passed the test.

All of them used massive amounts of AI. And they had the promise to be paid for each article after that if they passed it.

Nowadays feels more about who games who. I appreciate when I get a real quality writer, that I can even care to pay them for a good job.

Same here, I've been testing writers left and right, and so many of them just take the easy way out using ChatGPT. It's much easier though if you have a cursory knowledge of the subject, do a text to speech, ask ChatGPT to write an article, then put that through a review process (Is it offering something unique which other pages on the internet don't have, is this content though provoking or unique, how would you want to share this article if you see it, how would you link to this article if it were posted on a website etc).

That's a lot easier than hiring people (IMHO). But honestly, I've found good prospects in new journalism grads. Newspapers are shutting down everywhere, experienced journalists are being pushed to freelance, and they have some experience with clickbaity titles, and how to do proper research. Look for journos in other countries. I found a guy from Kenya, he could pitch pretty well, and his writing was decent too. But he had no idea of SEO, which is coincidentally perfect for what I need.

Slightly black hat. There are even more black hat ways.

I don't know what to tell tem to write about tho. :(

Too black hat for me but a good idea.

Are most of the people who reply with an article using AI?

For the country I'm targeting many of them are using their own hands cause they don't know much about AI

That's the great part, say that you're a media/PR company (throw up a website for that) and then say that you're looking for writes to promote content for your clients in ABC niches. Say that you're accepting proposals for pitches. Once they start pitching, take the best ideas (its now their job to find the best articles/content) for your clients and then take it from there. You can either pay them, or just take their idea and run with it. If you go too blackhat, you'll need to rinse and repeat.

9/10 do, but then you get that one person, and that turns out to a gem in the rough.

Can you share the region?

Most applicants will use chat gpt and add their own touches
At this point, it's hard to tell
