Leaked email list

I need your help.... I accidentally discovered my e-mail address in this pastebin: https://pastebin.com/qaLQWRu2.
I setted up this website https://esptrasporti.altervista.org/ months ago with my exposed emails... Maybe someone breached my website? Why was it posted on pastebin related of data leak? Do I have to delete my website?
