Leaked courses app that stream them using torrents

I have been thinking about a new course app that works on torrents and allows you to navigate through courses instead of downloading them each time. This would be great because it would make the process much easier for people who don't have a lot storage space or good internet to download each time and then to sit down and watch videos.

The app should also be able to let you search for courses by subject or keyword.

The app could also be used for other things besides just watching courses but also get contents from bhw

Please let me know if thats even possible thghrough torrents like those streaming services available online
