Thank you for your attention and the time given. I have encountered the following problem: I started advertising on US Facebook Ads. The issue is that I spend around $100 per day to promote 4 products where users are required to leave a lead in order for Facebook to charge the money. However, what happens is that $100 is spent every day, but I don’t receive any leads at all. I don’t understand where all the money is going or why I’m not getting any leads. Can someone explain this to me?

Review whether it's reaching the right customers you want. Does your product meet customer needs?

it often points to issues like the campaign being optimized for the wrong event, a broken or slow lead form/landing page, poor audienceoffer match, or very high competition in the US driving up costs. It’s also common for new ad accounts or fresh pixels to struggle at first because facebook hasn’t learned who’s likely to convert yet. I’d start by checking whether the lead event is firing correctly, reviewing click-through rates, and making sure the offer and targeting are realistic for the budget, otherwise Facebook will happily spend the money just showing ads without delivering results.

Facebook charges based on impressions and clicks, not on the number of leads. Traffic without contact information is often due to a poorly designed landing page, form, or lack of trust.Facebook charges based on impressions and clicks, not on the number of leads. Bro, Meta charges per impression and click, not per lead. Traffic lacking contact information is often due to poor-quality landing pages or forms.

$100/day spend with zero leads usually means wrong optimization or broken funnel, not billing issues.
Check:
Campaign objective = Leads
Pixel / event firing correctly
Landing or form loads fast and works
Once those basics are solid, scaling becomes predictable.
Most serious teams also run on stable agency ad infrastructure to keep delivery consistent.

If spend is being consumed with zero leads, it’s usually one of three things:
1.Wrong optimization event or broken tracking (pixel/CAPI not firing).
2.Low-quality traffic + weak form/LP flow.
3.Account quality learning poorly from unstable history.
Before scaling, verify events, test a single offer with a clean funnel, and stabilize delivery first.
This is why many serious buyers run lead-gen on established agency infrastructures where data, delivery and learning are more consistent.

We need to look at your creatives, your lead form, and your product. Either your creatives are poorly made and don't engage your audience, or your product is unpopular and doesn't interest people. It's difficult to answer your question without seeing how you advertise it.

Can you please tell me how I can check if the pixel is set up correctly?

Your $100 per day is being spent on reach and clicks but not generating any leads. Check if your product is targeting the right audience and aligning with their purchasing needs.

This usually happens when your ad is getting impressions and clicks, but your landing page or lead form is not converting. Check your pixel/event setup, page load speed, form errors, and make sure you’re optimizing for the Lead event (not just traffic). Also review where the budget is actually spent in Ads Manager (CPM, CPC, clicks vs. conversions).

Since your ad is newly created, are you using pixels to collect customer information faster?

Sometimes Facebook also has errors in distributing spending accounts but not generating results.

Facebook charges based on impressions and clicks, not on the number of potential customers, which could be due to landing pages or lead generation forms not converting.

If spend is happening without leads, it’s usually a tracking or funnel issue check that your lead event fires correctly and the form/page actually submits. Also review targeting and creative relevance, because Facebook will still charge for impressions even if users don’t convert.

Honestly, I’ve tried to explain this to a lot of clients over the years.
People think Facebook ads are easy and that anyone can just turn them on.... that’s really not the case.
Facebook will spend your money whether the setup is good or bad. If the targeting, creativity, offer, landing page, and tracking aren’t aligned; Sadly it's just gonna be a total waste of money, time and energy.

I suggest you let an expert in the field help take a look at it.

Facebook charges per click, not per amount you pay for leads. The reason you're not finding leads might be that you haven't correctly identified your target audience's needs and age group. The lack of leads could mean you haven't accurately identified their needs and age range.

To avoid wasting more money, you need to make changes. Use an account with a clean advertising history, switch to a different page, and try the ad again.

Bro, this happens when ads get impressions but the landing page doesn't convert. Check your pixels, page load speed, form errors, and optimization for the Crawl event. Also, check your budget in Ads Manager (CPM, CPC, clicks vs. conversions).
