Leads interested in Guest Posting

Heya!
I've been pushing some guest posts on some websites recently, and now I started to receive at least 3-4 emails per day from people offering me a list of websites that can accept guest posts/backlinks (with high DA).

So I'm curious to know if there's a list of qualified leads that are interested in guest posts (since I'm being part of that list) – I'm interested in getting such list for another project.

Does anyone have an idea?
