Lead Distribution Script

Can anyone suggest a script that can collect and distribute leads in real time?

distribute how?

I want to set up a scenario where visitors to my website will complete a form and then have the form data sent out to different parties via email. I thought about using a normal mailer and doing it manually but I would like to send the emails out in realtime automatically.
