If i get it right these limits have been tested with a bot. You know that not everybody uses the same bot /API where the limits differs again...
However nice data you got there.

Yes, you are right. Now almost every service use private api, and also i've added the interval are about 20-25 seconds.

Trying to follow more than 60+/hr with a bot is pretty much going to get banned, manually yeah, you can follow 60 like every 10-15 minutes.

if you are working with 1000 accounts you can easily test limits
 
Is it better to only follow until 7500 and then unfollow or follow and unfollow at the same time?
 
I recommend first follow until 7000, let the account rest couple of hours and after start unfollow until 500.
 
Have anyone else experienced a new follow limit as of yesterday?
 
hi. how max limit for likes/unfollow/and follow per day. for 6month age account?

did you using ratio setting for following and unfollow or just manual. after hit 7K following.. start to unfollow again?

I feel so. Lose around 15 accounts without asking anything. Usually hit phone validation before accounts get banned. But not this time. I' m not reciving single validation since yersterday. All get strait banned.
 
my 50+ accounts are still running.. on liking following unfollowing + posting / 1 proxy per 1/2 accounts

hey guys. I have such a case, almost 1 week I can't add more then 30 ppl an hour on my old acc. for 4 month I added 200 ppl every day 3 hours interval, whole 600-800 and not any problems. now I can not add more then 30 ppl an hour and my other accounts also have same problem, my friends also. What is the reason does Instagram change follow limits??

It depends. Some people have reported the same problem, but it didn't happen to my accounts. I can manually follow/unfollow 800 users daily

I do follow to 7500, then turn on unfollow function and again to zero. Have no issues.
