I think that came from some likes vendor, meaning a company that sells bulk likes. That's the only way I can make sense of the IG likes server reference -- in other words it's not IG's servers that are being worked on or affected, it's the company. And for all I know they are waiting for some other company to respond to their ticket, they aren't actually working on their 'own' servers. If the OP could clarify if this came from a likes vendor or what then we'd know for sure.

Yes, other programs are affected, I was just trying to make sense of the "IG likes server" reference from this vendor -- I don't think IG has a likes server, I think the vendor is referring to their own (or their leased, etc) servers. And I don't think IGs servers are down, I think it's an attempt at explaining why their service is not working.

Anyone know of a working vendor?

There may be many reports of working vendors, as not all IG accounts appear to be affected (giving that 400 response to likes). It's not clear if one vendor has figured it out first or if there is a vendor with no reports of issues.

I don't know the best way to suggest this be handled on this message board, but if there is a place for support threads for specific programs it would seem best to look there for answers, as not all vendors may be affected equally, some may not have been affected significantly at all, while others may have been affected but have figured out a workable fix. If there is a better place to look for that than the main IG thread here, please reply and let us know.

I contacted the support team of my Instagram bot and they said the same, that Instagram has changed something and their engineers are working to see what can they do. I can't automatically like posts now, hehe

It seems that not all panels are affected because a lot of IG accounts still receive their likes very quickly. So, anyone can recommend a working vendor?
