Always wanted to know what my fellow bhwers work with all day. Laptops or desktops?

Whats good for working on long hours, 12 to 14 hours a day?

Shoulder gets fucked if I work on the laptop for that long every day. Got a nice imac too but thats constant sitting in front of a desk all day and that fucks up my knees, no freedom to move around.

I recommend you to invest in a really good chair (there are special shops who can help you, it should perfectly fit to body site and stature), a high table and a really good screen, that can be adjusted its height (for example some samsung can).

Then about the question, if you are on a budget and can not have both, I would go with a laptop for mobiliity reasons, but I would also get a external keyboard, screen, mouse, maybe soundsystem and whatever else you need. So then when you are using it at home you can just use it as a desktop basically.
I recommend Laptops from MSI.
