Why not?JUST NEVER GO FOR APPLE BRO
Depends on your budget but HP elitebooks are good, lenovo thinkpads also are decent.
most important is to look for intel i5 or intel i7 and SSD drive or even better M2 nvme drive that’ll make it super fast.
If you let me know budget and requirements/ intended use I can advise more.
I personally don’t use Apple MacBooks but I’ll admit they’re also decent.
Real talk.Once you go Mac, you never go back!
I currently have a Mac, Im going back ASAP lolOnce you go Mac, you never go back!
I know I won't be popular with this opinion, but IMO you absolutely should not spend 1000 usd on pc/laptop, unless you have some very specific needs(in which case you would already know what to buy).
Pick any second-hand laptop around 400$, buy a brand new battery and you are good to go. Look Lenovo Thinkpads/Dell Latitudes, they are durable as hell.
Why spend so much money on something that loses its value so fast, and can substitued by a few year old technology perfectly?
Forget what I said if you are a gamer or some kind of artist, but if you are not, dont waste your money.
Sure, if you can really spend that money, why not.If you’re on a budget then yes of course you can get something decent secondhand. Put an SSD in if it’s not already got one and you’ll be flying.
But if you have the budget then buying new you’ll get greater performance which means efficiency which ultimately is good value for money (you can do the thing that you can make the most money from, faster).
Also a new laptop is likely to last longer and be more reliable than a recon which could break Down just when you don’t want it to.
