@Laplace owes me $500 USDT

Hello, I will summarize this the best that I can. I was sourcing BHW for a Wikipedia Page provider & @Laplace responded on my thread that he can provide. I hired him through BHW to create a page for $500 (paid in USDT, my mistake but PayPal is banned in his country) & he assured me that the page would be live in 14 days guaranteed. Its now been over a month & this provider will not refund me.

Through out this entire duration he has made countless excuses about reasons he hasnt provided the service & why he hasnt refunded me. Every single conversation is "I will refund you Monday" then that day comes & he says "I will refund you Friday" & so on.

This provider is very manipulative, he will constantly say i am being rude for wanting my refund on the day it was promised. I have been as nice as I could possibly be up to this point & I just want my funds back.

This has already been settled via PM but @Laplace is not going to refund until Monday despite having the money in hand now.

Laplace, do the right thing & return the funds man. There is so much opportunity on the internet & BHW to run off with my $500. Have some decency & do the right thing here.
