I would avoid making such pages (havent checked it because)

You need to know 3 basic programming languages in order to create this webpage
1. HTML
2. CSS
3. JavaScript

Once you know these programming languages it can be fairly easy to generate a landing page like this. It's easier to just buy AdPlexity or any other Spy Service and download a landing page like this. Once you have downloaded it you need some really basic programming skills in order to change the URL Link and remove hidden sneaky redirects.

Since this is a fairly basic landing page i suggest you go with a CDN Hosting to maximize your page speed. If you are using a host like HostGator or whatever company, then you run the risk of the user just clicking away before the lander has loaded.

Probably because the website seems a little older and has already been flagged by a bunch of Anti Virus Companies.

Edit: Upon checking, you really don't wanna use this Landing Page for your own. Plenty of spelling errors in there.

That site is super basic. The questions are just buttons to hide the content and show the second question. And the comments are fake.

Learn the layout, if you really need to do it right, then do Bootstrap.
