King SEO uses 'permanent' as false advertising

After 3 days of conversation between King SEO and me, I unfortunately have to come to the conclusion that the seller isn't willing to compromise. I contacted King SEO 8th of June 2018 with the message that services he provided to me a few years ago have vanished completely. I've ordered 2 x 50 PBN links (100 total) and his whole PBN domains network has expired. Looking at the backlogs of lost backlinks, I found that these links already expired a really long time ago. Too bad I only recently noticed this, reviewing the backlink profile once again.

After a full week of ignoring at Skype, I posted a review in his Sales Topic stating that the links have disappeared and that I'm deeply dissatisfied with how the sellers handles this case. Only 3 minutes after that, the seller suddenly was able to contact me at Skype, demanding me to delete the bad review. I offered him the opportunity to refund the order, in order to solve this issue. After talking about the refund option for a while, the seller made clear that he wasn't willing to do this. While this didn't seem to lead to a solution, I asked him if he could replace the links with REAL permanent links.

The seller stated that he only guarantees links to be online for 15 days and uses as an argument that all sellers on BHW only guarantees this for 15 days. While at the same time, the title of this advertisement clearly states 'permanent blogs'. The 15 days guarantee can't be found anywhere in his advertisement. I think that if a buyer invests $1000 in his service, the links may be gone only 15 days after the payment (before they will even index) and the seller is fine with that. His advertisement is just FALSE ADVERTISING.

I'm willing to settle the issue for replacements links that will stay online for at least a reasonable time, like 3 years. I'm also willing to accept a refund.

The seller now threatens to contact my clients about this matter, which is totally unrelevant and is backmailing (which is against the law).

I'm so sorry that you have to invest time in this issue, I hoped to be able to solve this issue with the seller, but when threatening about blackmailing I don't think I have a choice then to solve this by using the Shitlist.

I dont think its good, someone can simply come and threaten me to refund for the order ( after few days the demand has changed for a replacement which should be guaranteed for 3 years) which was placed 3 years ago. Getting refund from me after 3 years of order placed and using it to another seller to cheat him is your idea right? Even If I agree to replace you those 100 posts, I cant offer you more than 15 days guarantee, its how it works, Its Blackhat.

@King SEO, let's sum up a few facts about the service you've offered me:

- I've just checked the first 10 links from 1 of your reports and this is what came up:
Website #1: Down 2 months after link placement (and never indexed)
Website #2: Down 10 months after link placement
Website #3: Down 1 month after link placement (and never indexed)
Website #4: Down 1 month after link placement (and never indexed)
Website #5: Down 4 months after link placement
Website #6: Down 10 months after link placement
Website #7: Down 10 months after link placement
Website #8: Down 6 months after link placement
Website #9: Cannot be determined

My conclusion is: The time the link will be online clearly depends on the expiration date of your domain. When you become a client of King SEO when his links are about to expire, they will be gone in a second. If you are lucky, then the domain will expire in like 10 months top. @King SEO, Please inform me; how does this have to do with Blackhat as you mentioned as an argument for a so-called '15 days guarantee'? Isn't this just you don't making re-investments for your clients by means of domain renewal once they ordered from you?

Another fun fact is that your PBN domains that remained online for like 10 months even shows new posts a few days before you let the domain expire (Web Archive). So; you see that your domain will expire soon and you know you don't renew your domains, and right before the expiration date you still pump the domains with blogs from your client so clients will see a live link for a few days once delivered?

Furthermore, @King SEO, in our Skype conversation your are suggesting that you guarantee a link to be online for a minimum of 15 days. You as a self-proclaimed 'SEO Marketer' (profile page) should be aware that most of your links won't even index in these 15 days, let alone pass any link juice to your clients. Furthermore, could you please show me where you mentioned this so-called '15 days online guarantee' in your advertisement? Don't you think that your clients should be aware that their bought links from you have a fair chance of vanishing in 15 days?

And, finally, @King SEO, do you think it is fair practice to threaten to approach the customers of your clients, because your client isn't satisfied with the service you are offering? Don't you think this is just blackmailing of your clients?

@MisterF As an independent party, how do you interpet his 'permanent blogs' in the title of the advertisement? Can it be expected that customers can see their links vanish in a few days, just because the seller isn't willing to renew the domains? And do you agree that the '15 days online guarantee' can't be found elsewhere and that the customer can expect the links to be online for quite a while, looking at the 'permanent' suggestion in the advertisement title?

Looking forward to both replies. @MisterF, I'm willing to provide the PBN domains I've checked above if you would like to check for yourself. I don't think it will benefit anyone to make these previous PBN domains public.

Please stop telling the word PERMANENT that's in the title, it was recently changed one It was not the same when you ordered in BC, I would like to request MOD to look into it.

The word permanent means, It will be permanent until the blogs' life. Google can take down any PBN at any time, NO one is smarter than Google and everyone knows this except you.

If Google de-indexes the blogs, Who would like to keep the links from them? It's absolutely only you just to threaten/blackmail the sellers.

Requesting MOD Again: Please look into his previous replies If he has done the same to any other seller.

All your plan is to get a refund from all sellers by threatening and use them for your other clients, If they don't co-operate, you 'll crash their threads, right?

@King SEO Unfortunately, you barely answered any questions asked in the previous post. I've bought from many sellers at BHW and most of the sellers provide links that are online for 2/3 years without any problem. I think it's also unrelevant what other sellers offer, right? The so-called '15 days online guarantee' you continue to refer to doesn't exist in your sales thread (please confirm MODs). This is just something you've made up for complaining customers, so that you don't have to refund or replace the links.

Your previous title was: $1.99 Makes You Rank Quicker | PR 1,2,3,4 Permanent BlogPost | DA 20. This mentions permanent right? (please confirm this statement MODs, and 'permanent' being in his thread back then)

And once and for all: we don't use Blackhat for our clients and therefore never bought services on BHW for our clients. Therefore, your statement is once again false.

The buyer is due a refund. This is the part that nails it for me;

Yes in 10 years I'd not expect them all to be there, but 24 months / 36 months isn't anywhere near long enough, when someone is selling as "completely permanent"

Definitions of completely; Totally, utterly or in every way or as much as possible
Definitions of permanent; 1. lasting for a long time or for ever: 2. Something that is permanent exists or happens all the time:


I'm also suggesting that @King SEO needs to update his BST terms and if he cannot deliver permanent links he needs to alter the wording but still make it a reasonable period of time. @BassTrackerBoats will be able to action this for you.


Once the full refund is complete, if @MySEOpower can confirm funds have cleared, then I can mark this as resolved.
