Kindle Ebook Publishing Success?

Of course it's worth it! It's free to sign up and only takes minutes to get the book up. Never overlook opportunity! Nook has surprised us many times. Is it as strong as Kindle, no, but it's yet another income stream. Do it!

Stumped at sign up

THey ask for US bank during registration and I am in of course shitty island called UK

See, now your thinking! I seem to run into more people that want to get into running porn sights and how to get women for that. Book 2?

Yes, that pyramid is far more real than the mundanes of the world would like to see. The 'Great Experiment' is ending. But, I will go down fighting : )

Book 2: How to turn exotic dancers into cam girls for profit...

Ouch. Arrite Guru, you've motivated me.. I'm gonna make it happen. When i get published, I'll post back on it. Thanks again!

You can do it platinum! Keep me posted, keep in touch and let me know if there is anything I can do to help! You don't need to get published, you self-publish and keep all the profits! Of course you can shoot for the big leagues, nothing wrong with that!

Heck I'll be happy if i can hit 5k a month in profit off this. PPC is profitable but TOO volatile at times...specially with new competition coming online everyday.

5k a month would be a great passive income goal outside of my PPC ventures!

I fear affiliate marketing is on it's way out as well as Amazon publishing. Of course...I hope I'm wrong. At the very least, money won't be there like it used to be. Time will tell.

Naw, I totally doubt affiliate marketing is on its way out.... As long as there are customers...there will always be companies needing affiliates.

In anycase, my goal now is to put up at least 5 quality books a week.

Woohoo!!!! I made my 1st sales on a book that just went active today!!....Exciting!!.....uploading 3 more original books as I type!

Congratulations to each and every one of you who have made a book and published through Amazon :)

This is a great thread, thanks!

Thanks alot,

Looking forward to more and more sells!!

This is exciting!!!

I need to blog about this on my IM blog....

How cool is this!? I sold ANOTHER book this morning on the Amazon kindle marketplace. I got a question for people out there. How do you guys "SEO" your books to show up at the top of Amazon for a particular search phrase?

Bump, still looking for help on moving my ebooks up in the rankings of the Amazon Kindle Marketplace search engine...

I'm just starting to get into Kindle publishing myself. I've made a handful of sales on an e-book I recently uploaded. Not bad for the amount of work, and I'm sure more money is coming.

Do other Kindle publishers here give much consideration to length and pricing? My book is short, just shy of 10,000 words, and I started it out at $2.99.

Am I setting myself up for bad reviews if this price is too much for a book of this length? I'm planning to publish more books/reports around the same word count, but will drop them to the lower tier with the 35% commission if it seems like too much for short books.

i read a comment about pubit, yes amazon is the giant in the publishing world but i am makeing more money on pubit then i am on kindle and i am selling the same books on both platforms

I found a few WSOs I think here which discuss SEO for amazon kindle publishing.. I'd have to double check though.

Yeah i've downloaded a few of the WSOs here and I'm in the process of testing various variables on each one of my books.d

Tagging, Reviews, Purchases, etc...

Would love to know if anyone else here is experimenting with Amazon Kindle SEO.
