He’s still making excuses, he knows about this thread as well, but doesn’t seem to care.

Every day he says he will give it today but it never happens

I think scammers abusing the premium member badge. Recently if you see lot of new accounts become premium member by just paying $99 and scamming thousands of dollars.

Mods need to make some restrictions on premium accounts thats they should not allowed to post on HAF or WTB sections or not allowed to sold services.

These are the only benefits of the premium membership, unless you really like pink.

There are so many premium members, and I don't think restricting all of them is fair. The percentage of scammers is very small.
If cant restrict the activity then must be increase criteria to become premium member. Because scammers with new accounts less than 10 messages or few days in bhw start selling services without being verified

Buyers also must do their due diligence and take more responsibility about who they're buying from and in which payment method.
Paying with crypto over Telegram to a person you never worked with? Come on...

Some buyers don't pay after they get a service. How about restricting non-VIP members from buying, too?

You right but some buyers are not regular bhw member if you see they are newbies and they trust the BHW that they will get quality service and not get scammed. I know we cant stop 100% scam but we can learn from past mistakes and improve it.

Some BH services like running cloaking ads and for these type of services buyer prefer crypto payment. In some countries paypal and other methods not available but crypto is everywhere and less fees.

Its easy for old members to say - comeon how you pay someone on telegram in crypto. But for new member they dont aware about it.

If you go to buy something on a new place and some authority person told you that they can provide you what you are looking for then you will most probably fall for it.

This has nothing to do with the seniority of your membership, it's common sense.

Define authority. An online stranger that his interest is to get my money is never an authority in that context because he has a personal interest.

Offer to pay 50-50, use an escrow, try a different method, use an escrow, find past customers, did I mention an escrow?

There are so many options other than prepaying crypto over telegram.

Here authority means having a premium badge thats what im saying please add some some criteria to become premium member and not by just paying $97 in a newbie account and become premium member

I understand where you're getting from, but you can't teach common sense.

I'm sorry to say it in such a way in a dispute resolution thread, but you can't restrict thousands of members who bought the permission to sell just because 10 of them are scammers.
Not sure what the ratio is but I'm sure it's a lot less than 1%.

Ok im wrong to saying restrict the activity but atleast add some criteria to become premium member and not by just paying some amount. Otherwise we keep seeing these type of disputes.

It really boils down to the buyer diligence tbh. I would never pay a service on BHW that costs more than 200 usd in crypto. Never.

I would also never purchase from a member that has no real reviews (it's easy to separate these from the fake ones).

I would also never buy from someone who was already listed in the SL.

The guy doesn’t even respond now. It was definitely a dumb mistake on my part to pay the way I did but I learnt a lesson.

That's really all you can do at this point. I hope you don't let that discourage you from doing IM.
